Management Team

Wayne Dodge — CEO and Director

Wayne Dodge is a Director of Whitewater Capital Corp. Mr. Dodge is and continues to be a successful business owner for the past 29 years.

Mr. Dodge is the Chief Executive Officer of Hard Rock Gold Ltd., Gold Mask Ventures Ltd. and Morgan Gold & Minerals Corp. — all of which are private exploration companies. For the past five years Mr. Dodge has conducted and managed private placements to fund the exploration programs, along with overseeing the development of these companies and their properties.

Sarah Jones — CFO

Sarah Jones was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in February 2009.

Sarah is a Certified General Accountant with 8 years of post-certification managerial experience and, most recently, 3 years of consulting and project experience. Sarah specializes in project and advisory work primarily within, but not limited to, the greenhouse / horticultural and junior mining industries.

Between 2001 and 2005 she was controller of B.C. Hot House Foods Inc. a privately held corporation owned by its member growers, after being its Assistant Controller. Prior to that Sarah was Administration Manager at Convoy Supply, a leading construction material distributor in the lower mainland, with revenues of approximately $200 million, and Controller at Maverick Coach Lines Ltd., a company then providing bus and combination tours as well a scheduled service operation between Vancouver - Nanaimo and Vancouver-Whistler.

Lee Humphrey — President and Director

Mr. Lee Humphrey was elected President and Director of the Company, June 2002. After thirty years of railroad service, Mr. Humphrey retired as a train conductor and locomotive engineer with the Canadian National Railways (CNR), September 2010.

Mr. Humphrey graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with a Diploma in Operations Management in 1979 and from the Langara Campus of Vancouver City College with a Finance and Investment Diploma in 1977.

Richard Lodmell — Secretary and Director

Mr. Lodmell has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration.

He has a Certificate from Malaspina College for Mineral Exploration for Prospectors dated May 2, 1983. He completed a Simon Fraser University Course for Public Companies in February, 2007.

Larry D. Lutjen — Director and Member of the Auditing Committee

Mr. Larry Lutjen, Director and Member of the Audit Committee, has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He has been self employed since January 1977 and semi-retired since March 2005.

Mr. Lutjen graduated from the College of San Mateo with a Degree in Electronics in June 1965. He then completed his Teaching Credential Program at the University of California at Berkeley California in 1966. Then he received his Teaching Credential in Electronics from Alameda College at Alameda California in 1967.

Peter Cummings — Director and Member of the Auditing Committee

Peter Cummings is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of business experience in the agri-food and retail industries.

Mr. Cummings is currently the COO and CFO of the Houweling Nurseries Group, a large grower and shipper of green house grown vegetables in Canada and California. Prior to joining the Houweling Nurseries Group, Mr. Cummings was the CFO of B.C. Hot House Foods Ltd. — a large distributor of green house vegetable products grown in British Columbia. Before entering the produce industry, Mr. Cummings held several senior management positions with Shoppers Drug Mart.

Mr. Cummings is a Chartered Accountant who received his B. Comm. Degree from the University of British Columbia.

Sam Zastavnikovich — Geochemical Consultant

Sam Zastavnikovich graduated from the University of Alberta in 1969 with B.Ed. degree in Physical Sciences, Sam was continuously employed from 1969 to 1982 by Falconbridge Ltd. of Toronto and Vancouver as a field geochemist with a number of local and international projects.

Mr. Zastavnikovich has continuously practiced as a consulting geochemist in the private and government sectors of the mineral exploration industry since 1982, having worked in Canada, the USA, China, for various clients including from 1995 to 2000 for Cominco in South America.

Mr. Zastavnikovich is a Fellow of Exploration Geochemists since 1981.

Mr. Zastavnikovich has been registered with the Association of Professional Engineers since 1993.

E. Trent Pezzot — Geophysicist/Geologist

Mr. Pezzot has been a senior geophysicist with S.J.V. Consultants since 1993. Trent has had extensive international experience. Trent specializes in airborne and ground gravity and magnetic inversions but has worked with data from all survey types. Trent writes NI 43-101 reports.

Trent received his Bachelor of Science degree (Honors) in geophysics and geology from the University of British Columbia in 1974.

Zig Lambo — Investor Relations Consultant

Zig Lambo has been involved with public companies in the US and Canada, in both management and consulting capacities for more than 25 years. He has participated in the formation and start up of several public companies currently traded on US markets and held management / director positions with two formerly – VSE listed producing gold mining companies, Electra North West Resources Ltd.(now Electra Gold Ltd.) and Gold Seeker Resources Ltd. In the 1980's. He has also consulted on various aspects of public company operations ranging from initial structuring, through regulatory registration, compliance reporting and investor relations. He also writes and reports on companies in the resource development industry for internet based publications.

Mr. Lambo holds a BS degree in General Engineering from the University of Portland and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Portland State University.

Toby Lim — Legal Consultant

Toby is with the Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno Law Firm.

Mr. Lim was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1997 after receiving his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. In 1992, he received his bachelor of commerce Degree with a specialization in Corporate Finance from the University of British Columbia.
